I was inspired to lose weight because I wanted to feel better. This was the first formal plan I’ve tried. I believe I was successful because I was committed to sticking to the plan. I feel 110% better and I sleep better now too. My advice for success is to stick to the prescribed plan and attend the weekly sessions. Because of my success, I have inspired others to lose weight.

I was inspired to lose weight because of my family’s medical history. I chose this program because it was very easy to understand. The support team is excellent and added balance to this program. I enjoyed the interactive classes where members felt free to discuss problems and make suggestions to other members. I was highly motivated to lose weight. The classes provided well-needed info on the social, physical, and emotional aspects of weight loss.

I was diagnosed with liver disease. My doctor recommended losing weight to improve my health status. I knew I could lose the weight, but just needed some help getting started. After speaking with the Program Director I decided to join the program that same day. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. This program was different than others I have tried because it is medically supervised.

After years of yo-yo dieting, I found that over the last couple of years my yo-yo was stuck in the up position. As a result, I was suffering from chronic acid reflux, high blood pressure, and a variety of aches and pains that I suspected were weight related. In spite of all that, having to buy a pair of jeans in a size 16 was what ultimately inspired me to do something about it.

With my daughter’s first birthday approaching, I was ready to do something to take better care of myself and commit to my weight-loss goals. A friend of mine as well as two co-workers had gone through the ONE Weigh program and had tremendous success. After speaking to all of them, I went to an informational seminar, and I started the program two days later. With the constant, loving support of my family and friends, and after 28 weeks in the active phase and six weeks of transition, I lost over 78 pounds and I am wearing clothes that are half of the size I previously wore!

I was inspired to lose weight because I began making more frequent trips to doctors. My general health was deteriorating. I was lacking self-confidence and I had high blood pressure. I chose this program because weight loss seemed like a by-product. Becoming more knowledgeable about nutrition and making good choices seemed to be the focus. The program is fast, effective and safe.

The number one reason for me losing weight so many times has always been how I look and feel about myself. It affects my self-confidence level. Getting older, I realize that I need to maintain a healthy weight if I am going to maintain a healthy life. I chose this program because it is medically supervised and very structured.

I wanted to lose weight because I was concerned about my health. I choose the program because it was physician recommended. The program was easy to follow. After losing weight, I have more energy, improved health, and reduced my medication. My advice to someone just starting the program would be to make sure you are losing weight for yourself and not for someone else.
