Carl Lost 118 Pounds

I suppose that I am one of many success stories that can be told by the O.N.E. Weigh Staff; it really works.
I started the program February 14, 2007 weighing 389.8 lbs. I could only walk across a room before I was winded; I required the use of a walker and was on oxygen for twenty-four hours, seven days a week. My life had deteriorated to the point that I had no dreams and I believe little future. My cardiologist, although not affiliated, recommended the O.N.E. Weigh program for me; it worked.
For 18 weeks I was on five meal replacements per day, then for 6 more weeks I was on transition, starting back slowly to eating self-prepared foods. My final weigh-in showed me to weigh 272 lbs fully dressed with shoes; I had lost 117.8 lbs! I no longer use a walker and only use supplemental oxygen when I work out, which I started after 5 weeks of transition.
When I started, I wore a size 58 pants that were tight, and a size 6X shirt. I now wear a size 50 pants that are baggy and have bought new belts and added 2 new holes to keep my pants up. I now wear a size 2X shirt comfortably. I strongly recommend this program to anyone serious about losing weight and dramatically improving their life. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and you will feel, as I do, that the people there are friends, always willing to help.
